Sunset Yoga at Lake Delta

Service Description

Enjoy the evening by the waterfront with a relaxing, yet energizing, flow that focuses on alignment, connection to the earth and body, and breathwork. This class will be modified for all level participants from the brand new yogi to the experienced yogi. Bring a blanket, your mat, and water and melt into the peaceful setting that is provided by the lake. This class will take place near the sunset pavilion at Lake Delta. Social distancing guidelines will be adhered to and entrance into the park will be free of charge if you are participating in the yoga classes.
