This class will emphasize these two components for 30 minutes each and smoothly transition from one focus to the next offering you a complete mind, body, spirit experience. Modifications are offered, so all-levels are welcome. Core power yoga is one of the multi-disciplinary and more vigorous types of yoga that strengthens and empowers the body, mind, and spirit. Yin yoga emphasizes longer holds of up to 5 minutes or more, allowing the joints and connective tissue to release.
