This class is a free movement transformational dance to get into your body and feel release and renew combining freestyle and structured movement to inspire you. It's about revealing, recovering, and rediscovering your natural intuitive movement using dance with the added benefits of drumming. The drum circle will allow for freedom of expression, Bring your own instrument if you wish, there will be some drums, sticks, frogs, chimes, shakers, etc. available.
