Love Yourself Restorative Yin and Sound Bath

This class will be held over a 2 hour time frame, with the 1 1/2 hours of restorative yin where poses will be held for 10 to 15 minutes and you will be fully supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks. At the end of the hour and a half you will be treated to the sounds of singing bowls and chimes followed by a short guided meditation. Snacks and drinks will be provided as this is our opening day celelbration and what better way to celelbrate than with love of yourself. Cost is $25 per person, but if you book for 2 people, then you will each get $5 off. Space is limited to 16 participants so book soon.
