OPEN HOUSE DAY OF FREE YOGA TO BENEFIT HUMANE SOCIETY OF ROME

We are holding an open house that will feature a full day of Free Yoga and Fitness Classes. We are requesting a donation of some item (or items) for the Rome Humane Society. We will also accept monetary donations for them as well (checks can be made to the Humane Society of Rome). The Humane Society will be bringing some cats and kittens for us to yoga with. There will be a 50/50 drawing and a basket raffle. Yoga classes that will be offered are Barre Fitness, Qigong, Free Flow, Beginners, Vinyasa, Power, Kundalini, and Kids Yoga. We will have a Reiki Practitioner, Tarot Card Reader, Cranial-Sacral Therapist, who also is a Natural Health Coach, Herbalist and Aromatherapist, Pilates Reformer Instructor, Tea Leaf Reader.  The schedule for the day:

9am - 10:45am-Barre Fitness with Michelle

9:30am - 10am-Qigong with John (downstairs studio)

10am-10:45am-Free Flow for All Levels with Sandy

11am-11:45am-Beginners Yoga with Jennifer

Noon-12:45pm-Mandala Vinyasa Flow with Karissa

1pm-1:45pm-Power Yoga with Karen

2pm-2:45pm-Kundalini Crea with Trista

3pm-3:30pm-Kids Halloween Yoga - bring the kids in costume and they will have their very own yoga experience and do a little "trick or treating" when they have finished their class...if the weather is nice, we will be out on the front lawn with the kids.

All classes will be held in the upper studio with the exception of the Qigong class.
