Summer Solstice Celebration

What is the Summer Solstice? It is considered to be the turning point at which summer reaches it's height and the sun shines the longest. It is the longest day of the year and the shortest night. It marks the pinnacle of the Sun's power to fuel the growing season. We will celebrate with a 2 hour class that will begin with a 1 1/4 hour Yin yoga class, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation and ending with a 15 minute sound bath using singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum,  and rain stick. At the end of class we will be offering a light snack and drinks. Social distancing and low-risk environment will be adhered to for this class.
