Service Description

Barre-Fitness is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, & strength training. Barre-Fitness will improve your balance, posture, endurance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, improve stability through a stronger core & muscle definition giving that lean muscle tone of a ballerina. The exercises target muscles that support & stabilize the body which are often neglected in everyday life. Barre fitness classes typically focuses on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment & core engagement. No dance experience needed & all movements can be modified. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water with you!
