Service Description
Yoga Fusion class is a workout done in a Tabata style using yoga moves, stretches, and breathing. This is a full body interval style workout that uses basic yoga moves and stretches that work towards strengthening your core. A fun instructor leads you thru every move and every move is adaptable to your individual level of fitness, ability, and mobility. Each class is a different workout with the same format. We start with light stretching and a warmup sequence. Then we move into 5 sets of our workout with counter stretching in-between. Then we end with some deeper stretching and of course savasana!! Coupled with great music, this is a must-do class that will want you craving more!!
